DOJATEC Premium Glazing Line

DOJATECS’s Compact Premium Glazing Line automatically coats jam, jelly, icing and chocolate on to a wide range of products.

The line consists of a glazing system for jam and jelly and an icing system. An integrated circulation system ensures that the glazes are at a constant temperature.

All built-to-order Compact Premium Glazing Lines are manufactured in stainless steel, guaranteeing them to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean. The inclusion of lockable safety castors ensures ease of manoeuvrability.
