Canol's Pizza Line has been designed to continuously produce pizza bases.

The zero stress technology applied to the dough extruder allows for gentle handling of all types of yeast doughs with a high water content which results in the gluten and dough structure being safeguarded to create superior products.

Integrated rollers gently shape the dough to the required thickness before passing along to the cutting and spreading belt and finally through the rotary cutter which continuously cuts the dough to the correct size.
