MONO Equipment to Exhibit at the Wales Bakery Conference 2026

We're pleased to announce that MONO Equipment will be exhibiting at the Wales Bakery Conference 2026, taking place on Thursday 28 May at Cardiff and Vale College, Cardiff.
Now in its annual tradition, the Wales Bakery Conference is the premier gathering for the baking industry in Wales. It brings together independent bakeries, manufacturers, regional suppliers and industry professionals for a full day of expert speakers, networking and trade stands. This year's event is sponsored by BAKO and features an impressive lineup of speakers from across the industry, including the Head Baker at Harrods and the CEO of FDQ Ltd.
You'll find Christian Trubey on our stand throughout the day with equipment on display. It's a great opportunity to see what we do up close, have a conversation with the Christian and explore how our equipment could work for your bakery.
