MONO Equipment to Attend the Cornish Pasty Festival

Mono Equipment in conjunction with Portreath Bakery will once again be participating in the Cornish Pasty Festival, due to take place on the 12 September.
Visitors will be able to see how authentic pasties are made from scratch and also try their hand at creating their own using a variety of equipment including the Bear Teddy Mixer created to make the mixing process as simple and efficient as possible and the small and economical Mono BX Compact Oven.
