Omega Confectionery Depositor in Saudi Arabia

MONO Equipment recently installed an Omega Plus Wirecut Confectionery Depositor into the kitchens of Prima International, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Chris Jones, Technical Services Manager, flew out to Saudi Arabia to provide technical training on the Omega Confectionery Depositor to Mr Lukman and his staff. Ideal for bakers, confectioners, caterers and hoteliers, the Omega Depositors are designed to produce an almost endless array of high quality products by replicating the traditional time-consuming hand movements of the master confectioner - effortlessly - with speed and reliability
Mr Lukman said that the training gave them all through insight into the depositor’s full capabilities.
