MONO To Attend Bako Wales Trade Show

MONO Equipment will be attending the BAKO Wales Trade Show on 17 May at Bako Wales, Swansea.
Come and see what you are missing in the doughnut world with our innovative range of mouth-watering doughnuts, created in conjunction with Dawn Foods, using our wide range of doughnut fryers, jammer and glazers.
Also on display will be our NEW and exciting range of Compact Convection Ovens which have been designed to cater to the food-2-go markets. They are available with a choice of footprints, tray sizes and capacities to suit most needs.
Our NEW CakePortioner can accurately slice up to 120 cakes per hour and between 2 to 16 slices in approximately 30 seconds and this will also be on display.
