INTRODUCING MONO'S NEW ECO & ECO CONNECT RANGE OF CONVECTION OVENS...
MONO is delighted, and excited, to reveal its next generation of Eco & Eco Connect convection ovens featuring an impressive 7" TFT high definition, resistive touch (RTP) screen oven controller, a new full height glass doors, LED lighting and a new improved handle.
Although the Classic and Eco-Touch controllers used across our convection, deck and oven ranges are much-loved by bakers around the world, the design and technology used, even on the Eco-Touch, is now over 10 years old. The actual design of the ovens has also remained unchanged for quite some time.
MONO's classy new ECO range of convection ovens has been re-modelled to fit with a much more design-savvy society and features sleek top-to-bottom screen-printed glass doors, new ergonomic handles and a brand new range of large, high definition touch sensitive controllers.
All the Eco ovens retain the very essence of their predecessors so that using them for the very first time immediately feels familiar, ensuring the transition for users is as easy and seamless as possible. The fundamental processes of using the oven remain exactly the same whilst harnessing the very latest advances in design and technology to make the user experience even more intuitive.

The key objective in designing the new ECO controller was to ensure it was as simple as the old Classic controller, and if at all possible, even more effortless and intuitive to use.
The new ECO controller takes the 4 key buttons from the Classic controller ie. Temperature, Time, Steam & Damper, and displays them in a simple, colourful grid format for ease of use.
Anyone who has ever used one of MONO's Classic controllers will immediately feel at home with the new ECO controller. Also, the new ECO features a wealth of additional features which were just not possible on the Classic like Alpha-numerical Programme Names and Customisable Wallpaper to showcase your brand.

MONO's new ECO Connect range of controllers builds on the success of our celebrated ECO-Touch controller but with a bigger, bolder, touch screen controller which makes it even easier to use.
As you would expect, in order to provide familiarity for the user, all the features of the ECO-Touch have been carried through to the new controller.... with a number of added improvements and benefits including Variable Fan Speed on certain models.
All ECO Connect, ECO Connect+ and ECO Connect+ Wash ovens have the ability to access all the benefits of the MONO-Connect service; a cloud-based, asset management system.

ECO Connect
The ECO Connect provides exactly the features as our old ECO-Touch controller but with the advantage of being able to access all the benefits of the MONO-Connect service, including the monitoring of energy usage across your estate and the ability to update your ovens remotely at the click of a button.

ECO Connect+
The ECO Connect+ is identical to our ECO Connect controller but with the added benefit of having solid state relays and the much-requested Variable Fan Speed facility. The ability to regulate the speed of the fans throughout the bake cycle makes this the perfect solution where a much more gentle airflow is required e.g. when baking very delicate patisserie like macarons etc.

ECO Connect+ Wash
The ECO Connect+ Wash features on our top-of-the-range Self Wash oven and offers all the features of our ECO Connect+ controller but with the added benefit of our Self-Wash suite of programs. This powerful wash system provides the ideal solution for ensuring your ovens are clean, safe and hygienic to use when swapping between different product groups e.g. meat products to patisserie products.
WHAT IS MONO-CONNECT?
MONO Connect is our connected bakery asset management system which provides the perfect solution for bakeries to monitor and manage a range of connected assets, such as our convection ovens, across multiple sites in their estates directly from their laptop, PC or mobile device.
MONO Connect is hosted by Microsoft Azure, one of the world's leading cloud-based service providers and is designed to provide valuable intelligence on assets like warm up times, top 10 programmes used,, fault codes, door left open and the all-important energy consumption.
One of the key benefits of using MONO-Connect is that it also provides the facility to 'push' data down to the oven directly, enabling to synchronise firmware updates and baking programmes to your entire network of assets - or just a single machine - at the touch of a button.
