We are currently looking for a Spares & Service Administrator to join our Spares & Service team.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll receive spares orders, service orders and warranty call requests from customers, processing and managing them efficiently through the business.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering the telephone
- Responding to telephone and email queries
- Providing pricing quotes
- Entering spares orders onto the system
- Progressing orders through the business
- Entering service jobs onto the system (logging calls)
- General filing
- Sending Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Additional tasks as and when required, relevant to the role
- Ensuring personal conduct is in line with management guidelines and company rules

Hours
- Hours: 37 hours over a 5-day week (Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm)
- Location: Swansea
