ESMACH TWIN ARM MIXER
If you're looking to elevate your your craft, Esmach's Twin Arm Mixer range is the perfect choice for the optimum handling of very saturated doughs such as those used for French breads, sliced bread and bread sticks. It is also ideal for pastry products like croissants, panettone and brioches.
The special mixing action of the twin arms facilitates the gentle combining of ingredients for optimal gluten development, excellent elasticity and a beautiful structure, resulting in a superior baked product.
The top structure is made of cast iron which provides excellent structural integrity whilst the fixed bowl is made from a remarkably thick stainless steel. If the machine is stopped at any time, a mechanical device ensures the arms always stop in the correct position to make it easy for the operator to unload product from the bowl.
The Esmach Twin Arm Mixer is available in a range of models with the following dough capacity bowl sizes:
- BITE/N 45 - dough capacity 30kg
- BITE/N 60 - dough capacity 45kg
- BITE/N 80 - dough capacity 60kg
- BITE/N 100- dough capacity 75kg
- BITE/N 140 - dough capacity 90kg
- BITE/N 160 - dough capacity 160kg
There are also two versions to select from:
- 2 speed and 2 timers
- 1 variable speed with digital panel
The Twin Arm Mixer is fitted with a plexiglass guard and stainless steel grid for safety.
