Dovaina Slicer

Dovaina's horizontal cutting machine has been designed to automatically cut cakes, bread, biscuits and other bakery and confectionery products with ease.

Products are compressed between two infeed conveyors to stabilise them during the rapid slicing process and the band saw effortlessly cuts up to 60 products per minute.

The slicer can make one or two cuts simultaneously, whilst the speed and cut height can be easily adjusted to suit your needs.

All built-to-order Dovaina Slicers are manufactured in hygienic stainless steel and the inclusion of lockable safety castors ensures ease of manoeuvrability.
