Jac Modena +

Jac's semi-automatic Modena + Slicer can quickly and effortlessly slice up to 200 loaves per hour.

Each slicer incorporates an in-built 18 litre removable crumb collector which collects all the crumbs and bread debris from the slicer as well as pressure flaps that hold the loaf together for easier handling after slicing.

The simple to use controllers require minimum operator training and feature an optional cutting counter to record the number of products sliced.

All built-to-order Jac Modena + Slicers are manufactured in stainless steel, guaranteeing them to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean.  The inclusion of lockable safety castors ensures ease of manoeuvrability.
