MONO Multi Moulder

MONO's Multi Moulder shapes all oven bottom and tin bread perfectly and processes up to 1,200 pieces per hour.  It's been in production since the 1950s which stands testament to its fantastic design and its ability to get the job done.

It consistently produces perfectly shaped products each and every time and is the perfect solution for artisan bakers and in-store bakeries.

The dough pieces are easily fed in to the Multi Moulder and pass through dual sheeting rollers which give a gentle reduction of the dough while the curling chain provides improved consistency of shape and size, giving a tight mould with no tails. 

The key variables of sheeting pressure, moulding width and final moulding pressure can be easily adjusted to produce a variety of dough pieces with a weight range of between 170g(6oz) to 1,200g (2.5 lbs) and a dough length of between 152mm(6") and 300mm(12")

Each Multi Moulder is crafted in stainless steel which guarantees it to be durable, hygienic and easy to clean.

An optional stainless steel mobile stand is also available which holds up to five 30" x 18" trays.
