Escher MW Line Spiral Mixer

Escher's Twin Arm Spiral Mixer features a double kneading tool and is available in four size formats.

Suitable for all types of doughs including bread, biscuit and patisserie, the MW spiral mixer provides higher hourly output rates due to a shorter kneading cycle.

An intuitive touch-screen controller provides the user with complete control of the mixing process and the stainless steel bowl is quick and easy to remove thanks to the ergonomically positioned handle and bowl guide rollers.
