CANOL Laminating Line

Canol's Laminating Lines are suitable for the continuous production of puff, danish and croissant dough, avoiding any stress or undue tension on the dough and therefore guaranteeing a high quality product.

Dough quickly and easily passes through heavy duty non-stick rollers and is automatically folded until it reaches the desired thickness.

The Laminating Lines are available in a wide variety of configurations starting from the traditional L, U and S shapes,  to more specific and diverse shapes to satisfy space requirements.

Each Canol Laminating Line is manufactured in hygienic stainless steel.
