Bertrand Puma's fixed bowl fork mixers have been designed to gently cut, stretch and aerate the dough during the mixing process.

Available in three size options to suit most businesses, the fork mixer is suitable for mixing a wide range of doughs quickly and easily.

Manufactured in hygienic stainless steel, the fork has two rotation speeds and the free spinning bowl is fitted with a manual brake.
