Williams Blast Freezer

Williams range of blast freezers are designed to give caterers complete control of the freezing process and eliminates the hazards of slow cooling.

Available in 5 size formats from 10kg to 50kg the freezers are all HACCP compliant and meet guidelines for cook and chill catering systems worldwide.

The temperature of hot food is rapidly reduced from +90C to +3C in just 90 minutes or +90C to -18C in 240 minutes and the advanced air flow design ensures rapid freezing to eliminate cell damage, preseving texture, taste, aroma and quality.
