When it comes to the layout and design of your bakery, MONO Equipment can provide professional advice on the positioning of each piece of equipment to help maximise your production efficiencies; optimising and streamlining the work flow processes ensures valuable time is spent where it makes the most impact rather than wasted on double-handling and moving products to and fro.
If it’s a green-site project, our Bakery Planning Team can create a scaled digital plan of your bakery, plotting a CAD symbol for each piece of equipment in the correct position and annotating them with the necessary services such as electric, gas, water, air etc to provide your tradesmen with the exact information they need to ensure the installation goes as smoothly as possible.
On the other hand, if your bakery already exists and it's just being refurbished with new equipment, we can look at whether the existing layout works as well as it could and, if required, suggest possible changes on how it could be further improved.
