INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY DRIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
New Product Development is the cornerstone of MONO Equipment's manufacturing philosophy and is driven by the need to stay ahead of its competitors, by the changing needs of customers, by continuous improvement, by industry trends and by the emergence & availability of new technology.
MONO Equipment's dedicated team of professional product designers and engineers use the very latest 3D CAD software to design some of the most innovative and energy-saving products available on the market today.
The multi-disciplinary New Product Development team keeps abreast of the very latest European & International standards to ensure all MONO Equipment's manufactured equipment is designed and constructed to the most stringent Machine Directive guidelines resulting in each being CE marked.
This unwavering adherence to the highest safety standards in the developed world provides customers with a guarantee of quality and a reassurance that each piece of equipment is totally safe to operate.
Where products are sold overseas and require additional certification, for example Intertek ETL C/US and Intertek NSA approval in the United States, then these standards will also be rigorously applied.
MONO Equipment's specially designed Product Innovation Centre provides the NPD team with a dedicated resource where they can test components, build and test equipment prototypes and undertake post-production testing in a controlled environment.
Once the pre-production sample has been tested here, it then gets transferred to our On-Site Test Bakery, where it undergoes further demanding 'live' testing to ensure all possible eventualities have been covered.
Normally a new product will then be placed with a 'friendly' customer for a 3-6 month trial where it is truly exposed to the punishing stresses and strains of a very busy commercial operation. Only then will the new product be introduced into general circulation.
